Aarhie Kaushik is a CDA-licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 8 years of experience in providing compassionate, evidence-based psychological care to adolescents and adults. With a strong academic foundation and advanced training in expressive and cognitive therapies, Aarhie offers a unique and holistic approach to psychological wellness.

Before joining OPENMINDS CENTER Aarhie worked in multidisciplinary mental health settings, gaining extensive experience in supporting clients through a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges.

Aarhie holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology and a Diploma in Dance Movement Therapy (DMT). She is trained in evidence-based therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), Mindfulness-Based Interventions, and Dance Movement Therapy, enabling her to tailor treatment to the specific needs of each individual.

Aarhie supports individuals navigating a broad spectrum of mental health challenges, including Anxiety, Depression, Stress, Trauma, Mood Disorders, OCD, Adjustment Disorders, Emotional Distress, Parent-Child Relationship Difficulties, Self-Worth Issues, Workplace Anxiety, childhood trauma and Psychological Sequelae of Sexual Abuse. She has a particular interest in working with adolescents, women, and individuals seeking deeper emotional self-understanding and healing. She also have experience working in group session for corporate set up and delivering workshops.
