Ms. Unzila Aftab is a DHA-licensed Clinical Psychologist with over five years of experience providing evidence-based psychological care to adults, adolescents, and families. She is dedicated to helping individuals navigate emotional and psychological challenges while fostering resilience, personal growth, and lasting well-being.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology, graduating with Magna Cum Laude honors. In addition, she is a Certified Trauma-Informed Mindfulness Practitioner, integrating mindfulness and trauma-informed approaches into her clinical practice.
Ms. Unzila has extensive experience in the assessment and treatment of a wide range of mental health concerns, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), emotional regulation difficulties, relationship challenges, stress-related conditions, and major life transitions.
