    Personal Experience & Biography

Ms. Izabel Tytar is a counseling psychologist from Ukraine.

Izabel specializes in working with adults, addressing various challenges including relationship difficulties, grief, loss, depression, low mood, stress, burnout, and the search for meaning and purpose.

Izabel holds a Master’s in Counselling Psychology from National Research University HSE, Moscow (2021), a Bachelor’s in Psychology from Moscow Institute of Psychoanalysis (2022), and she has also completed a course on individual Schema therapy approach from Moscow Institute of Schema Therapy (2022).

To understand how Schema therapy works, imagine your mind as a garden filled with various thought patterns and emotional experiences. Some of these are like beautiful, blooming flowers, while others are like stubborn weeds that hinder your growth. Schema Therapy helps you recognize these negative patterns, understand their origins, and replace them with healthier, more positive thoughts and behaviors.

In her therapeutic approach, Izabel places a special emphasis on the core needs that make us human, aiming to facilitate profound personal growth. By integrating the principles of Schema Therapy, she guides individuals towards understanding and addressing these fundamental needs. Together, you will embark on a journey of self-discovery, empowerment, and transformation, allowing you to unlock your full potential and cultivate a life of authenticity and fulfillment.
