This workshop aims to teach you how to apply mindfulness in your daily lives. It includes: meditation practices, mindful breathing exercises, and cognitive restructuring exercises to help you develop mindfulness skills and cognitive-behavioral strategies. The main goal is to develop self-compassion, self-awareness and learn how to regulate your emotions in a healthy way which you can apply to the work place.
