This training will help you understand how fear and anxiety in social situations have become a problem for you or people you may know. The relevant CBT techniques are taught and developed in a way that encourages you to use them effectively to overcome these difficulties.
What will this training do for you?
1. You will know what Panic, General Anxiety and Social Anxiety are: it’s symptoms, causes and how it affects people.
2. We will explore how ‘thoughts’ and ‘behaviours’ can maintain the vicious cycle of panic/fear/ anxiety/ social anxiety.
